The place for the reception dinner on 9/4 6:00p.m. is at the South University of Science and Technology China. It is NOT at the Shenzhen International Conventional Center. There will be a coach picking up all the people joining this conference to the South University of Science and Technology China. Please gather at the main entrance of the Shenzhen International Conventional Center at 4:30p.m. at 9/4/2014.
All the accepted and presented papers in this conference will be appeared in the IEEE Xplore. Certain number of high quality papers accepted and presented in this conference will be invited to submit to a special issue in the IEEE Transactions on Consumer Electronics. The conference paper has minimum of 2 pages and maximum of 4 pages in double column format. The invited papers in the IEEE Transactions on Consumer Electronics is with maximum of 9 pages in double column format.
